Since moving to a new state of the art, custom built facility in 2007 Colorcote has gone from strength to strength. The new Colorcote plant was successfully audited by Caterpillar Global in 2008.

This new facility has enhanced Colorcote's capacity and we are now capable of handling increased volume and larger sized parts while retaining the ability to handle smaller batch sizes and more intricate items as before.

Our new Powdercoating line is a fully automated six stage system.

This pre-blast, 2 coat powder system has shown excellent results both in controlled laboratory tests and in the field. Recent Colorcote samples have achieved in excess of 1000 hours in continuous salt spray, anti-corrosion tests.
