Colorcote was formed in August 2002, it is subsidiary of JMF LTD, and is based on Riada Avenue in Ballymoney. Colorcote Powder Paint Line is fully automated, with a 4 stage continuous spray pre treatment system, it is specifically designed to clean and apply a protective powder coating to steel, zinc and aluminium substrates prior to powder painting for a high performance corrosion protection. We have the latest state of the art ITW Gema powder booth, with a cyclone recovery system and a quick 10min colour change on all colours. After components are sprayed they are then cured up to temperatures of 200 degrees C. After off-load a series of quality checks are carried out before the parts are packed, labelled and dispatched to the customer. Colorcote Flow Line Process currently consists of the folding, wielding, fettling, painting and full assembly of sound attenuated canopies, panels, stands and control panel boxes to a very high volume. Canopies are fully assembled to include door handles, locks, door sealing and foam. |
