Our on-line shot blast system at Colorcote is designed to remove laser oxide scale to eliminate paint loss on cut edges and prevent subsequent rusting of all laser oxide scale areas. This allows us to improve the edge build of applied powder to eliminate premature corrosion. We have the latest, state of the art ITW Gema powder booths with cyclone recovery system which recycles waste powder and a rapid 10 minute colour change on all colours gives Colorcote the flexibility to react to our customers needs. Colorcote are now capable of powdercoating single parts of up to 1.95M Width x 3M Height x 15M Length and our conveyor line can suspend single items of up to 4 Tonnes in weight.
