Powder Coating for corrosion protection

At Colorcote we operate with 2 spray lines. Our first is a manual spray line (spray to waste) which isused for our smaller jobs thus giving us flexibility and ensuring our customers have a quick turnaround on their products.

Our second line is a fully automated Powderline for our larger jobs.

Our spray equipment at Colorcote are modern Gema units. The guns include integrated remote control to adjust powder volume and selection of coating programs.

Our 3 programs are as follows: “flat Parts”, this offers the highest surface performance with a high transfer efficiency.

The Coating program “Profile Parts” offers the optimum setting for coating profile work pieces with recesses and folded edges.

The powder coating of intricate parts, previously coated objects plus all “orange peel” prone applications are done with the “Overspraying” program. This ensures a a high quality finish on any shape or size for corrosion protection.
