At Colorcote we have a 4 stage pre treatment spray system using iron phosphate. A fully automated powderline and a manual spray to waste line.
	The protective coating formed consists of thin, firmly adhering, non-crystalline coating of oxides and phosphates designed to offer excellent corrosion protection and paint/powder adhesion.
